GEMSTONE INFOMATION

Every gemstone is individually photographed and described to represent its appearance as accurately as possible. Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, color variations, and other characteristics that make each stone unique. Carat weights and dimensions are provided in individual product listings. Treatments and geographic origins are disclosed when known. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through the payment options available at checkout. Paige Ryan Gems does not directly store complete credit card information.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to protect your gemstones during transit.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
We pack our gems and jewelry with love and strive to get them out within 3 days.
All orders must be signed for. Please indicate who will sign for your package in the "Special Instructions" field.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Gemstones must be returned in their original, unaltered condition.
Please contact us through the website's Contact form before returning an item.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or materially different from its description.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned gemstone has been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error.
Gemstones that have been damaged, altered, or set into jewelry after delivery are not eligible for ordinary returns.
